Harbor started in 2016 with a single volunteer delivering meals to homebound seniors in one neighborhood. Today, we run four programs across the metro area — but the model hasn’t changed: show up consistently, track what actually works, and tell donors exactly what their gift did.
We measure success in families housed and meals delivered, not just dollars raised — and we publish the difference between the two every year.
